Healthy New Year - January 1st to 31st 🍎
The start of the New Year has always been a popular time to reassess where we’re at with our health.
Whether your goal is to increase your fitness, reduce your stress levels, eat healthier, or simply be more mindful, there’s no better time than now to take steps to improve your well-being. After all, when our well-being is strong, our whānau, communities and Aotearoa can flourish too.
The best way of course to stay on track is to get others involved!
From starting a walking group with neighbours to trying out new recipes with whānau or friends – it’s always more fun to do things together.
Share your tips, recipes, photos and experiences with us by tagging us in your social media posts or emailing us at: info@neighbourhoodsupport.co.nz
IF YOU HAVE ANY INFORMATION THAT MAY HELP POLICE WITH ANY OF THESE INCIDENTS PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL YOUR NEAREST
POLICE STATION OR CONTACT CRIMESTOPPERS ANONYMOUSLY
ON 0800 555 111.  THANK YOU.
